RULES AND POLICIES FOR TUITION FEE PAYMENT AND REFUND

✈ Refund Policy – Aviation Training Institute

At Entrepot Training Institute, we are committed to delivering high-quality aviation training. We understand that sometimes students may need to withdraw from a course or program. The following refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which tuition fees may be refunded:

Registration Fee

  • The registration or admission fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Course Fee Refunds

Before Course Commencement:

  • If a student cancels 10 or more days before the course start date, 50% of thetuition fee (excluding registration fee) will be refunded.
  • If a student cancels within 7 days of the course start date, no refund will be issued.

After Course Commencement:

  • Once the course has started, no refund will be granted for any reason.

Course Cancellation by Institute

  • In case the institute cancels a course, a full refund of all paid fees, including the registration fee, will be issued.

Special Cases

  • In exceptional situations such as medical emergencies or relocation, students may submit a written request for a partial refund. Such cases are reviewed and approved at the sole discretion of the management.

Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 15 to 30 working days from the date of approval.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Fees for study materials, uniforms, workshops, and any digital content already provided are non-refundable.

Mode of Refund

  • Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment and to the original payer only
