RULES AND POLICIES FOR TUITION FEE PAYMENT AND REFUND

✈ Refund Policy – Aviation Training Institute

At Entrepot Training Institute, we are committed to delivering high-quality aviation training. We understand that sometimes students may need to withdraw from a course or program. The following refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which tuition fees may be refunded:

Registration Fee

The registration or admission fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Course Fee Refunds

Before Course Commencement:

If a student cancels 10 or more days before the course start date, 50% of thetuition fee (excluding registration fee) will be refunded.
If a student cancels within 7 days of the course start date, no refund will be issued.

After Course Commencement:

Once the course has started, no refund will be granted for any reason.

Course Cancellation by Institute

In case the institute cancels a course, a full refund of all paid fees, including the registration fee, will be issued.

Special Cases

In exceptional situations such as medical emergencies or relocation, students may submit a written request for a partial refund. Such cases are reviewed and approved at the sole discretion of the management.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 15 to 30 working days from the date of approval.

Non-Refundable Items

Fees for study materials, uniforms, workshops, and any digital content already provided are non-refundable.

Mode of Refund

Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment and to the original payer only
